We are forever thankful to the brave and courageous service men and women who dedicate their lives to serving our country. The sacrifice, determination, and selfless devotion that they embody is an incredible blessing and example for all. So when the chance comes along to tell the love story of two such people we get excited from our head to our toes. But seriously guys!

Emily+Alex are exactly two such people for us and we were honored, ecstatic, and so thrilled to share in their wedding day this past October. Both having attended West Point, where they met and fell in love, this was a wedding like something straight out of a fairytale. All the groomsmen in their dress blues and whites, Alex looking like Prince Charming, rivaled only by Emily's breathtaking presence, beauty, and gorgeous dress, this was one for the books!

By the end of their day if we weren't already in love with these two we certainly were then! This was a day of many laughs and new friendships for us, and Emily+Alex, their families, and their bridal party made this one of the best days all year! We love these two to pieces and can't wait to see what is next for this breathtaking couple!   

Alicia + Kevin: The McKay Wedding Trailer

Be still our hearts! Alicia+Kevin make us so crazy happy every time we think about their gorgeous wedding at the gorgeous Castle Farms in Charlevoix, Michigan. Little did we know that we would fall head over heels for them when they first connected with us last fall, but sure enough, after a couple phone conversations and meetings we were smitten.

Their love story has been long in the making, literally since Alicia and Kevin were in the 5th grade! They have stuck by each other's sides through thick and thin. They have grown up together and grown closer over the years. They know each other so intimately it leaves you speechless.

Their love is overflowing and their commitment to one another is inspiring once you've experienced it. We are so happy for them and are so honored to have been a part of their story! When we were first asked if we would like to join we totally jumped at the chance to capture this magic, and the thing that made it so much more perfect was the fact that Courtney+Mike, our bride and groom, are actually engaged! We are instantly drawn to couples who are actively engaging the world around them, seeking to make the world a better place one day at a time. We love hearing their passions, seeing their hearts displayed, and getting to help be a part of their much larger story. Sarah and Kyle are just such a couple! The way they seek social change by cultivating thought, discussion, and action amongst their family, friends and colleagues is both inspiring and humbling for us.

What's more, they are simply put one of the sweetest, most humble, and caring couples that we have met. They asked us throughout the day so many times if we were doing alright and their others-focused personalities were on fully display. These two truly do care for their neighbor as they would themselves and their beautiful spirits are so refreshing.

We are thankful to know these two and to have shared in their story on their wedding day. We are extremely excited to see what is ahead for them and we are wishing them so much love and support! Help us in celebrating Mr.+Mrs. Dykgraaf!

Rashi + Anuj: The Trivedi Wedding Trailer

Have we mentioned how much we LOVE three day weddings?!? If not, let us tell you - they are seriously one of our favorite things! Spending a day with a couple is beyond wonderful, but being able to share an entire weekend with them, especially their family who has come in from literally all across the world, is such a joyous and exciting opportunity for us! It's even better though when the couple is as GORGEOUS and FUN as Rashi + Anuj!

Their awe-inspiring traditional Indian wedding was the thing of dreams, and it was so easy for us to get caught up in the wedding weekend magic. On top of being welcomed and greeted by so many familiar faces that we have come to love, we were instantly taken with Rashi's exquisite taste and style, Anuj's light and incredibly kind spirit, and the love that these two just radiated when together.

We've fallen in love with them, there is no denying that! I mean, how could you not? Make sure to show this breathtaking couple some love as we wish every happiness in the world to the stunning Mr+Mrs Trivedi!

Amy + Jason: The Muller Wedding Trailer

How does a beautiful, colorful, and WARM October wedding day get any better? When it's the wedding of these two amazing college sweethearts!

Amy + Jason are wonderful, simply put. Their beautiful, light, and compassionate personalities shine through in everything they do and their wedding was such a true expression of the love these two share. We fell in love with them instantly and as we got to know a little more about their story we fell that much more in love.

Everything about this wedding was nothing short of perfect. From Amy and Jason's complete and total admiration for one another, to some ridiculously gorgeous sunset + playing in the leaves moments that took our breath away, everything about these two and their special day made this wedding one we'll be talking about for years to come.

We are very much missing this gorgeous day, and these gorgeous people! Could not have been more blessed to share our final wedding of the season with Amy + Jason. Show them some love!

Cassi + Clint: The Mathews Wedding Trailer

For many of us, the Lamain family have been dear friends for the last several years and when Clint Mathews popped the question to Cassi we were over the moon for them! So naturally when Cassi in turn asked us to photograph and film their wedding day we couldn't help but excitedly reply, "YES!"

Their wedding, the first official fall wedding of our 2014 season, was so peaceful, calm and despite the cold changing weather outside, a true sense of commitment, love, and contentedness just rested over the entire day. Watching them exchange vows and pledge themselves to one another was absolutely amazing, and the grin Clint had when he saw Cassi for the first time that day, walking down the aisle towards him, was beyond adorable.

Everything from Cassi's flowing and breathtaking white dress, to Clint's cute-as-could-be ringbearer, and these two wonderful families that came together on this wedding day, made this such a blessing and precious wedding to share in.

Cassi + Clint are beautiful together and they truly are one of the sweetest couples you will ever meet. They don't just balance the other, they respect and strengthen one another. Five minutes around them and you instantly know God created each of them individually in mind for the other. We have a lot of love for them. Cheers to Mr.+Mrs Mathews!
