you know those people you meet and within five minutes realize you've made two new friends?

That is completely the case when it came to the first time I met Nitya and Harsha on that gorgeous, sunny October afternoon. You rarely find two people whom you immediately feel comfortable with, like you’ve known them for years, but somehow it felt like going on an adventure with two friends around a city that they love.

Be it their genuine laughter or their playful nature, every second of this session was absolute light and joy.

Over the years, I’ve found that all photo shoots can be reduced to the sum of their parts. But it takes purposeful intention for each part to shine the way it did for Nitya and Harsha. A loving couple, chic and gorgeous fashion, meaningful locations, and authentic candidness are some of the essential elements to creating an unforgettable engagement session. 

And no photo shoot would be complete without a trip to the Big House…

Thankful to have met these two. Thankful to be entrusted with preserving the moments of this chapter in their story together. Thankful for new friends. More soon to come of these two and their wedding weekend later this summer!
