When Brenna and Macy first started dreaming about their engagement portraits, one thing was clear — they wanted them to feature their current city, Cleveland. While they had met in Grand Rapids, Cleveland has become their home, their first city, as they put it, and an integral part of their story together.

From weekend adventures to the Museum of Art and downtown library, to beachfront strolls sitting under the willows, watching the sun set over the lake, there’s a magic here for these two. A magic that Brenna and Macy wanted documented so that no matter where their story might take them next, they’ll always have these memories, these moments perfectly preserved.

Engagement photos should always reflect who you are together, and the places that hold significance to you. In many ways, I’m there to be a casual observer, a tourist of sorts, letting your experience, your story lead the way. I couldn’t have asked for sweeter guides than these two.
